program is to assist in establishing long term policies, strategies
and processes involving cross-functional participation to improve
internet reputation management. With a long-term corporate focus on
risk management and prevention, organizations will be able to
minimize the damages resulting from online criminal activity,
intellectual property rights abuses and defamatory discussion.

So we will be creating Google Alerts for the mentioned keyword, to get
the status of activities. We can use Google analytics for this. We
actually not dependent on this coz sometime you get things indexed fast,
but our aim is to get it ranked in TOP 10 also.
Content development
We will be doing all activities in STEP wise manner. In initial Stage we
will first create Few Platform like Blogs, website, Profile etc. And
then create content to fill them with best of text and images to have
Create impact on reading. We will get SEO writing, content writing for
websites, article, PR, Calssified etc.
Create and manage a (SMO) profile on all the major social networking
sites
This is great tool to get your company name search in a positive
manner. We will be creating Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and other social
media profiles and manage then and do the BRAND MARKETING. You do not
need a profile on every social network, just on the more prominent ones.
Reprise used 13 social networks and we think that is a good number to
start with. We will use the name of your brand/company/product as your
profile name. The second is to make sure that the profiles are linked
together to create your own reputation network. And linking.
Content Distribution: Use your media assets
Every form has content in the fomr of Images, PR, Video’s etc. These
will be distributed with the keyword and so that it can be searched in
Google in top Rankings. Reputation Management on important video
websites can give first page results and that take bad URL down.
If you don’t use video, then create the equivalent on Flickr. With
universal search you will see more and more search engine results
include videos and pictures from sites like You Tube and Flickr. Having
a visible presence on these two sites will help push negative content
about you further down the page.
Propagating/Participate in active discussion boards and blogs within
your industry:
Yes this is not a Web 2.0 solution, but it still holds true. If you are
active in discussion boards and blogs within your industry then you will
have a forum to tell your side of the story if any negative news arises.
Build a company blog/Website
A well developed blog that is full of new content is one of the best defenses against negative comments. A blog should be the cornerstone of
your online reputation program. It can link out to your Wikipedia page, social network profiles and YouTube video’s. These blog can be on High
PR Domains or we can book a new domain also for the same. It depend on keyword also and PR can be achieved with time.
NEGATIVE: Too many High PR domain coming from same vendor and hosted on
same IP also attract Google and may impose penalty.
Off page SEO Activities
Now when we create all these website, platforms etc, we need to get them interlinked also. In Reputation Management it is not that just create
few things but we have to do SEO for them so that they appear in TOP results. Good Quality links to these sites and platform will help in
great way. Obtaining links to your pages in relevant linking sites is a must for Reputation Management.
Blogging/ Social Bookmarking
Reputation Management supported Blogs rank well in search engines. A proper managed blog with relevant and fresh content provides a key
channel to your Reputation Management voice. We will be doing blog posting in High PR Blog
hosting sites like live journal, blogger, wetpaint, tumblr and many
more.
IMP: We normally avoid some blogging and
article posting where people can post further comments which we can not
manage and then again can have bad fame. We do not create WIKI also.
Classified Posting:
This is a great way to get visibilities quickly. We will post Classified
to TOP Classified sites and get the company BRAND listed top in Google,
yahoo etc. You can opt for Paid listing also as this give more better
visibility.
Directory listings / Press Release Submission
There are many ways where we can post company website, all blogs and article etc to create large pool of links for all platform along with promoting the same for desired keywords. Like High PR Directories
listing are the best place to place your links. This will help to get all our create blogs, profiles, sites and other platform to appear TOP
in google.
